She is the host of the Mindful Strength Podcast, the founder of Mindful Strength, and she teaches workshops all over the world. Kathryn's method of developing strength is based on years of yoga practice, strength training, pilates, gymnastics, functional movement and mindfulness. She loves working with people to help them overcome hurdles, and feel strong and confident in their bodies.
