This holiday special includes six days of content, the first is a 30 minute practice that is focussed on squatting and the elusive single leg squat, everything else is a surprise.
Kathryn Bruni-Young has been teaching yoga and movement since the age of 16. She is the host of the Mindful Strength Podcast, the founder of Mindful Strength, and she teaches workshops all over the world. Kathryn's method of developing strength is based on years of yoga practice, strength training, pilates, gymnastics, functional movement and mindfulness. She loves working with people to help them overcome hurdles, and feel strong and confident in their bodies.
